The new Penguin times is out (Issue #195). The Penguin Times is out every Thursday. Its thursday today so thats why a NEW Penguin Times is out. We are so close the 200th issue. I wonder if there is going to be a party when we reach 200 issues - that would be so cool! or maybe a 200th issue PIN or a background.
